Tazkiyah Fitness
Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains what happens to the information you give us on this website. "We" means Tazkiyah Fitness, run by Mohamed Sharif. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your application: your first name, age, email, mobile number, Instagram handle and your answers to the application questions. We keep this even if you don't book a call or don't finish the questions.
- Your booking: the details you enter when you book a call through Calendly.
Why we use it
- To review your application, prepare for your call and contact you about it. This is necessary to respond to your request.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted services to run the site and our emails. They only process your data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and a secure copy of your application)
- Sender (email, and where your application is stored)
- Calendly and Zoom (booking and calls; Calendly only loads when you reach the booking step)
- YouTube (client interviews, which open on YouTube when you choose to watch) and Google Fonts (typefaces)
Some of these services may store data outside the UK, under safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Applications from people who don't become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you're coaching with us, and up to 6 years after for accounting purposes. If you unsubscribe from emails, we keep your address on a suppression list only so we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
