Syed Bukhari
209 lbs 173 lbs−36 lbs
Before he started
- Going through a divorce, he’d stopped looking after himself. In his words, the only exercise he got was walking to the fridge.
- Leftover doughnuts for breakfast, and a lot of money going on takeaways.
- A friend sent him a photo from a birthday. He rang to ask why they’d edited it. They hadn’t.
- His doubts: what if it doesn’t work, what if he can’t do it, and would he just be handed a plan and left to it?
What changed
- Nine days with no movement on the scale, then a wall at 180 lbs for nearly a month. I kept him going through both, and the weight came off.
- Food he actually looked forward to. His dad started asking him to make his breakfast wrap every day.
- Stronger in the gym every week, lighter on his feet, and abs he could feel for the first time.
- By the end he looked like a different man, and he got married.
Just try it and you’ll understand. But you’ve got to stick to it.Watch the full interview
